Term Reflective Essay Instructions/Writing Requirements
Assignment:
Review attached journal entries, discussion board posts, and essay as well as the journal entry (in progress). Write a 2 – 3-page substantive essay (Body), NOT including title page or reference page, demonstrating an understanding of what was learned this term and how you, as a Sergeant Major will apply them.

Writing requirements (Plagiarism Free, APA Style, 6th Ed., Active Voice):
- Typed in MS Word
- Double-spaced
- Standard paper format (8.5″ x 11″)
- 1″ margins on all sides
- Size 12 pt. Times New Roman font
- Use flush-left alignment and ragged right; do not divide words at the end of the line.
- Indent paragraphs 0.5″
- Use two spaces at the end of a sentence.
- Abbreviations: The first time you use a term, spell it out in full, followed by its abbreviation in parentheses; thereafter, you may use the abbreviation only.
